In order to separate complex mixtures, we are able to carry out these separations using a HPLC Agilent 1200 Infinity Series. Equipped by 5 modules:

- Quaternary Pump.

- Automatic sample inyector with 2 different loops (50 and 5000 uL).

- Column module thermostat with 2 columns position.

- Diode Array Detector (DAD) UV-Vis.

- Automatic Fraction Colector.

Prepared to separate mixtures in analytical or semi-preparative ranges working in normal phase.

We also have 2 chiral columns (CHIRALPAK®): one for analytical purposes and another one for semi-preparative scales.

The group recently purchased a preparative scale HPLC Jasco LC-4000 Series equipped with:

- Binary Pump

- Automatic sample inyector, loop up to 5 mL.

- Column module oven.

- Diode Array Detector (DAD) UV-Vis.

- Automatic Fraction Colector.

Prepared to work up to 50 MPa, with recirculation of solvent for a less waste production and optimized to work with flows up to 30 mL/min.
